Cozy trailer is in excellent condition and super clean! It sleeps comfortably 4 people if needed. It has a queen bed and the dining table that turns into another bed! Perfect for a family of 4 or even for a romantic getaway!
When you rent our amazing trailer we will provide with a nice starting kit for your camping/adventure trip! Hot cocoa, a nice coffee maker, (coffee included), snacks for the little ones, cups, utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, etc.!
Also, this trailer is fully loaded with technology! It has solar panels connection, batteries, room with upgraded queen bed (tempur-pedic mattress), to sleep comfortably! Full bathroom, complete kitchen, stereo with speakers inside and out! Jacks, awning and porch lights! We also providing with two nice camping chairs! Tons of storage space for all your adventure gears!
Not to mentioned that we have water heater and air conditioner fully working!!! This trailer has all the bells and whistles!
*IMPORTANT MSG!* The trailer is cleaned and sanitized before and after each and every trip! We pause rentals for at least 48 hrs in between rentals to make sure the trailer is ready for the next adventure!
We like to live life adventurously as a family so we hope you do the same with yours. Some of our favorite places in TN Loretta Lynn's Ranch, Rock Island State Park, Ruby Falls, Waterloo Falls.
Please bring extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Just to be safe due to the pandemic we all in.
Pick up and drop Monday-Thursday, flexible hours after 4pm but please make arrangements for a more flexible pick up and delivery Friday-Sunday. Please allow 1 hr to pick up and drop off to make sure we set up everything for you and make it easier on you for your trip!
If you would like to rent our cozy trailer during a holiday please please give us notice with enough time to set up for a PICK UP ONLY that is more convenient for both of us.

When you rent our Fam-Bam RV you will enjoy some quality time with your friends and family like if you were right at home, so comfortable, specious and cozy! With tons of storage, includes one queen bed in master bedroom with storage underneath and drawers, full walk in shower with storage space in the bathroom area, a sofa bed with tons of storage underneath including an air mattress for extra sleeping space, then it has a dinette that turns into a full bed that would be able to sleep two people.
It has all entertainment needed! It has Indoor/outdoor speakers with subwoofer, and 32 in flat screen TV with a DVD included! PS2 console and a couple of games included. LED lights that change colors on the living room area! Full kitchen with gas stove and oven underneath!
But that’s not all, it includes an outdoor grill with all utensils and tools to barbecue!
Electric stabilizers, Electric tongue jack, Electric awning to save you tons of work and time! Cold A/C and hot heat with ducted unit 2 electric slide outs (1 for living area) (2 for huge closet in master bedroom) Full Fridge that works great! Shower and toilet all work perfect!
Outdoor shower and Outdoor rug! A couple of camping chairs and a shoe rack! Coffee maker (including coffee) toaster, cooking pans, knives and utensils but feel free to bring your own cooking utensils and tools (Make yourself at home on wheels)! If you are bringing your kiddos we provide with some cute plates, utensils and cups for them.
